SimKeeper Refund Policy


At SimKeeper, we strive to provide transparent and fair subscription terms. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their subscription after the completion of one full year or at the end of the active subscription plan period, depending on the selected plan.

  • Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless the conditions below are met.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests are only eligible if no promotional code or discount was used at the time of purchase.

  • Subscriptions purchased using any promo code, discount, or special offer are non-refundable.

3. Partial Refunds

  • If no promo code was used, customers may request a partial refund equal to 50% of the subscription plan cost.

  • The remaining 50% is retained to cover administrative, processing, and subscription service fees.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted through SimKeeper’s official support channels.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

5. Policy Changes

  • SimKeeper reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
