Customers may cancel their subscription after the completion of one full year or at the end of the active subscription plan period, depending on the selected plan.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless the conditions below are met.
Refund requests are only eligible if no promotional code or discount was used at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions purchased using any promo code, discount, or special offer are non-refundable.
If no promo code was used, customers may request a partial refund equal to 50% of the subscription plan cost.
The remaining 50% is retained to cover administrative, processing, and subscription service fees.
Refund requests must be submitted through SimKeeperās official support channels.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
SimKeeper reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
